The Gold Coast Titans have suffered a blow ahead of Friday night's NRL clash with the Wests Tigers after Luke Bailey was ruled out with a thumb injury.

Bailey underwent surgery earlier this week and hoped to play with a protective guard but was ruled out on Thursday.

Bailey is expected to be replaced in the front row by either Brad Meyers or Michael Henderson with Luke O'Dwyer tipped to be added to the bench.

The Titans must win their final regular season match at Skilled Park to ensure a home final.

sOURCE WIDE WOLD OF SPORTS

Thats good for us with so many injuries

Every little bit helps - So thats Bailey, Campbell and Rogers out.

Where did you read/hear rogers is out?

Rogers is playing, they've just lost their best forward though which helps.

That's good news for the Tigers, not so much for my Supercoach team though

Same!

Infact this and Glenn Stewart's suspension has probably cost me winning the Premiership. :frowning:

Bwahahahaha…what a poor excuse for a coach....blaming injuries.....

I hope Laffranchi is a late withdrawal as well....

Bailey out is good for the Wests Tigers....

This is a nightmare for my Dream Team. Glenn Stewart out, Bailey out.

Laffranchi, Beau Scott, Ben Cross maybe out.

Why couldn't this happen earlier in the year??? NO, IT HAD TO HAPPEN GRAND FINAL WEEK! :brick: :brick: :brick:

Thats aleast some good news for us.On the other hand Luke O'Dwyer is welcome , he really doesnt know how to keep out of trouble which will be good for us.
This from the Titans website
"Anthony Laffranchi shifting to the starting front row and Greg Bird moving from the bench into the backrow."

unfortunately our injury toll is greater. just keep last week in mind that cronulla beat them. if they can we can
