Does anyone know that latest news on this? I havent heard about it for aggeess and am getting concerned that it may not go ahead.

I thought Benny Elias was the one moving this thing forward but he signed for that Perth Soccer team consortium..How does that effect the development? Has he quit it or is he still working on it?
