Spurs Destiny Udogie (£4.5m) delivered his second successive clean sheet which, combined with his assist against Bournemouth, sees him earn the maximum three point bonus for a 12-point haul:

#FPL Game-week #3 is a wrap.

Well done everyone; no matter what your score was, it’s still only the third week down of a long season, so onwards and upwards from here.

Just to recap:

First off, give yourself a big hand – you’re one of 9,566,345 (and rising!) players world-wide who have (so far) joined the EPL Fantasy Comp – WOW!!

WTF Classic League 23/24

Looking at this week’s scores, our top 3
were: Failure is mandatory best score with a fantastic 71 points, with Bon Vivant next with 66 and LosPorroHermanos close up with 62.

Well done – these are great scores in what was a difficult week.

There’s been lots of movement on our comp ladder (not surprisingly) with some of the favoured players having poor scores, which translated to poorish fantasy team scores too.

Our comp’s top 3 after Round 3 is Fantastic FC on top of the pops with 192, with Laroche close up with 190 and LosPorroHermanos in third with 188.

Mind you, it’s close pretty much all down the line – please check the Barclays Premier League website for full details.

Again, congrats everyone.

WT H2H Fantasy League 2023-2024

Here, with the comp being a weekly format of mate against mate, we have 6 winners.

Game-week 3 has seen 6 clear winners across the games with the winning teams being: EdmundsEagles, Average, Delta Blues, Laroche, Failure is mandatoryand LosPorroHermanos.

Full details can be seen on the Barclays Premier League Fantasy website. Well done everyone.

Now, moving on:

Game-week 4 starts early morning Saturday morning AEST so a friendly reminder to check your teams before then. Good luck everyone.

If not too sure at any time, check any of the multitude of web resources, f/b, twitter – there’s a zillion “experts” all wanting to say they know! Choose wisely.

By example, this is just one of the sources that might help with all the goss from FPL:

Either way, we’re all in this to do our best, week in and week out.

We just need to release our own:

#FPL Game-week #5 is a wrap.

Well done everyone
; no matter what your score was, it’s still only the fifth week down of a long season, so onwards and upwards from here.

Just to recap:

First off, give yourself a big hand – you’re one of 9,900,496 (and rising!) players world-wide who have (so far) joined the EPL Fantasy Comp – WOW!!

WTF Classic League 23/24

Within the week just gone, the top individual team scores were Fantastic FC with 68, Red Devil Rams with 56, and then Delta Blues and Bon Vivant each had equal next high scores of 53.
Well done – these are great scores in what was a difficult week.

That means that our new overall top 3 are: Fantasy FC in outright lead with 323, from Laroche close up in second place with 322, and Delta Blues in third spot with 311.

Please check the Barclays Premier League website for full details.

Week 5 down so we’re barely into this marathon of a comp. There again, it’s a pretty close thing all down the leader board, with weekly scores showing how hard winning is, given injuries, player performances and just bad luck (sometimes).

Again, congrats everyone.

Is it the same top teams winning?
Yes and no.
The premiers, Manchester City are again leading after 5 rounds, ahead of Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal, while the race continues right down to the newcomers, Luton - who are yet to score a point so far.

From my perspective, the Angeball that Ange Postecoglou has brought to Spurs is like a breath of fresh air - fast, direct and always attacking.

The EPL is well worth a look at if opportunity comes.
