Barring injuries

This is 2006 all over.

At full strength we are the best side bar none.

However injuries have a huge impact on a teams season. Luckily we have some depth. But there is no way we can achieve a minor premiership now in my opinion. Top 4 will also be hard work.

sadly, we have massive injury problems - so start fearing away!

Totally agree PP only saving grace is 1,6 ,7 and 9 all healthy (Touch wood) , If we can get thru next 8 weeks say 5-3 (which is possible) we can finish with a wet sail when all are fit

Have Faith Eddie as just said we have our 4 key positions at 100% and some half decent back up We can get 5-3 over next 8 weeks all will be ok . With Benji's form I could be in centres and he would put me into holes

 Love it Happy!

Lote will be back soon enough, Chris is the worry hope it's not as bad as everyone thinks.

Sheens is no fool,no Rowdy, no Lote, our focus will change. Our left edge has been our money ball. I think you will find we might now play to our emerging strength, up the guts. Woods Fifta Galloway and company might be our way through this nightmare injury crisis we are in.

Any team with Marshall Farah and Lui calling the shots is not dead

Im not concerned about Lote he can be replaced for a while we have depth there. Ellis we really need back, Gibbs will be back soon. Chris yep hes the biggest worry this guy isn't replaceable at all! nobody can run as straight and hard as him and defend good

difference with 2006 is that we have depth this time; moltzen, brown, daniella, latu, ryan

sure they arent the calibre of lote and lawrence but i think they are capable of bringing it home for us

Brown and Daniela can do the job, Lawrence is a massive loss but it could be worse; it could have been someone like Marshall or Farah.

Let's hope he is back in a couple of months at least. Tuqiri should be ok in a month or so I'd say.

It's a huge hole but we do have some depth. Brown and Daniela would start for slot of other sides in the comp IMO.

Well, to a degree.. rumours are abound on the actual fitness level of Robbie. And Sheens did mention that Benji & Lui were carrying niggling injuries into tonights game.

As long as Robbie and Benji stay fit we'll be right. lote and lawrence will be missed. But their replacements are more than adequate.
In 8 weeks we should have everyone bar lawrence back, i heard someone say 5-3, well that would have us on 14 points after 10 rounds at the edge of the 4, I'd take 3-5 at this point, that will leave us at the edge of the 8, once everyone is back on deck we'll work our way to the top 4.

Next 8 rounds are
Roosters
Rabbits scg
Titans away
Broncos home
Raiders away
Bye
Rabbits sfs
Penrith at Cambelltown
Not the worst draw we could have . Personally think almost (If not all) all games are winnable .5-3 is very achieveable

Yeah we can win at least 5 games 14 points going into round 12 Would be handy top 6 you would have to imagine and everyone back bar Rowdy sets us up well for rest of season

No doubt we will miss rowdy, but Daniella will rise to the occassion working with benji and the two robbies. Mitch Brown is equal in ability to Lote and Bryce Gibbs will be back this week..We will not only be pumped to beat the roosters but we are more than capable of doing so..

I read somewhere Gibbs is still 2 to 3 weeks away. Hope I am wrong.

We have depth this year and Brown and Daniela will be playing for their futures. Both NRL players in amny other team.

I should have been clearer, I think we can win something like 5 of the next 8, I was just saying that given our current injuries, we'll prob win at least 3, and when the injury run is over and everyone back on deck we would still be in a reasonable postion.

Guess I was saying, this wont derail the season and top 4 should very much be the goal, even if we drop a couple now.

That's a great draw to have while some of the boys are out! The form of most of those teams is scratchy at best, at the moment. Providing it stays that way, there is no reason why we can't win all of them
