the training ufc fighters do is insane, a few of em ( sean sherk especially ) incorporate the ropes and kettle bells into their routines, so it's surprising beau ryan won.

To be honest there is no way that Beau is stronger then that UFC fighter, its a stupid challenge because they can obviously both do those amount of weights fairly easily.. Beau just did it slightly faster.

Strength and speed are important - I mean a rugby prop would beat both in strength and speed but I think its real Beau is known as the strongest pound for pund and the best trainer in the club. Beau has had a great season and proved himself to be a worthy first grader. Be interesting to see where he plays next year - if Lote plays fullback then Beau left wing and Reddy Right or if Lote Left wing then beau Right wing and Reddy fb
