You only know if the lower grade players are better WHEN they have a shot at FG. No other available comp offers the level of competition. So who is he holding out that has exhibited superior performance in FG??

I dont mind Ryan a bit I think he has improved since becoming a 1st grade regular plus he seems to know how to find the try line..

i dont mind him either. i think hes a necessity for 2010\. our backline isnt great. especially seeing that id prefer Moltzen at 7 instead of 1.

Ryan will be named in FG before Fitzy.

I reckon Ryan definitely has it over Fitzhenry in regard to a starting wing spot. If Tupou gets well, look for Sheens to put size on both wings (Tuiaki on other). Extra hit-ups take pressure off the forwards.

I would like our wingers for next year to be the same as this year TNT on one side and Ryan on the other, of course it depends if Lote is playing or not and where Sheens plays him.. certainly going to be interesting next year with a lot of players competing for some positions..
