I gave it to him after game one for his 3 bad misses that lead to 3 line breaks. I felt we couldnt afford to have someone who misses those tackles, even if his effort was great at other times.

Well he didnt miss those tackles last night (thank god), and played strong all game.

It must be mentioned that Ryan Hoffman played the best game ive ever seen him play. Amazing.

The interchange needs to be worked so Woods plays 3 stints not 2\. We need another 12 minutes out him. Merrin and Lewis need more minutes to at the expense of Watmough.

Hoffman has gotten better at origin level over the years, something I never thought would occur. Close to best on the park.

Woodsy looked great, but it's hard to afford 3 spells (because of the 4 interchanges) at origin level, because you have to spell your second-rowers more.
