Great move. Bell showed he is a starter in the game against Souths. He was in everything defensively and adding another prop in the first rotation should see us off to a better start

The number 13 these days plays like a third prop with a good work rate and mobile enough to cover a bit more ground rather than playing tight all the time.
I think Matt Bell fits the above criteria, no reason why he could not perform well at lock.
