It seems the Club also has concerns about Maguire. I support the club not Maguire. I want our club to improve and if that means sacking Maguire I have no issue with it. If it had been done two games into this season we may not be in this position now.

It seems the Club also has concerns about Maguire. I support the club not Maguire. I want our club to improve and if that means sacking Maguire I have no issue with it. It it had been done two games into this season we may not be in this position now.

We all want our club to improve,however not all of us see the problem as the coach but more the lack of quality in the squad.Dont even get me started on the pampered princesses who want to get paid big money and not earn it on the field.We have a very poor culture and have done since the merger Madge is trying to change it and is meeting resistance from some weak players who just want to take and not give in return.
As is stands this review is designed to get a scapegoat and NOT address the true issues at the club

Would the roster improve if Bennett was here?

I honestly doubt it and the other thing with Bennett is he dismantles clubs when he leaves as Dragons Knights Broncos have already found out and Souffs will next year.We are going through a phase of rebuilding (as always) so we need a builder at our club and because of all the poor decisions made in the past we have a low base to build off.Madge is doing that but it is a long painfull journey,it is a long term solution but one we need.Short term solutions have failed every time at our club

a noted person manager
very good interpersonal skills
great comms skills
a strategic approach
an ability to sum up the strengths of the squad
an ability to devise game plans around those strengths
a cuddle or fatherly talk for those players who need it
