How about we have the captain make the call for a start. Not Terrell, not Pole not whoever. The captain calls it if he sees it and believes it to be wrong otherwise don’t challenge.

I think that even if you think you’re sure, you don’t challenge in first half. So many decisions in second half decide the game and refs get a lot of them wrong.

I think he needs a coaching director. Not for Benji’s coaching, but having a mentor can assist with this; but someone that can oversee the programs in place for all grades. With our top brass involving just Benji and Richo and Benji being a rookie coach himself it’s a huge job to apply a whole of club approach.

They get all their crap from here....people pushing their agendas and nareatives constantly it eventually gets into the msm.

No doubt that Braith despite supposedly being mates with Benji, would be happy to push an agenda to potentially get his client Willie Peters an NRL job with us.
I don’t know if Willie Peters would be a good NRL head coach or not, but if you think about it, Braith is very influential and if we had one of his clients as our coach I’m sure he would do everything in his power to ensure he was successful.

I’m talk v about the quality of our playing roster that someone like Braith could help influence if he was in our corner with his client as our coach.
Think about it, you or I could win the NRL Premiership for Wests Tigers if we had the NSW Team playing for us.
Yes a good coach is a big help, but a quality playing roster is more important.

Weigh it up. Benji can attract players, but he can’t coach them. Peters might struggle initially, but if he starts getting results, then we became an attractive destination. Idk much about Peters, but the fact he has some kind of resume puts him ahead of Marshall.

If he has integrity than he will get the best deal for each client … not send them somewhere just because another client of his is coaching…like Moses does

What about as coaching director? Overseeing the coaching ops, media & comms, recruitment ad retention of all grades etc.
