Benji is the most marketable player in the league without a doubt ,but best player in the world, maybe on his day but he can do some silly things as well, having said that Id never swap him for any other player. Farah IS the best 9 in the game but to me Ellis is just about, if not, the best player in the game atm. If he was an Aussie the press who be all over him, our best ever buy.

Im surprised people about people talking up Robbie's form (I was shocked that he came second in the Dally M race). I am one of his biggest fans but I have thought that he has been rather disappointing this year. Still one of the top 4 hookers in the game but in previous years I would have said the best.

I never thought I would say this but on this years form I would take Smith over Robbie.

Watch some more games closely, how he'll squeeze up a bit up the middle with a half break and drag in 3 or 4 defenders.. the next set benji and lui spread it wide and we score.. these are the kind of things farah gets no credit for!

He has had his best year for the TEAM i would say.

and Benji, when he runs the ball just WOW. Im glad he has started to run it more towards the backend of this year.. he must be having more confidence in Lui

I certainly wont agree with you on that. 2007 was easily Rob's best year.

A lot of mistakes have crawled into his game this year. He is still very good but over plays his hand quite a few times per game.

This is not meqant a criticism of the guy but just some perspective.

They both do what they are asked to do by the coach and sometimes do more.
They picked Ennis in SOO because they said he has a good partnership with Noddy.
Farah and Sheens partnership is better than Ennis and Noddy's so Farah should get the call up as Australia's hooker if it goes like that.
I'm not saying my opinion is that Farah is better than Smith but looking at how they pick teams, Farah should be there but I think he will be unfortunate again and Smith will get the nod. Good Luck Farah!!

For his age he is amazing and will get better over the next few years finger crossed. His value to the club on and off the field is mammoth and without a salary cap would command mega bucks. Iam not sure he is at the level Johns or Lockyer were at their peak but is heading in that direction

But he's easily the best thing thats ever happened to this club.
Another current player of a few that will gain legendary status in time to come

Sometimes. I think though on the whole though Benji wins us the games. Take Canberra - Robbie is the one who throws the bad passes and comes up with the inconsistent plays. Benji is in everything - defensively as well as attack. Without benji we lose that game.

Robbie is a great player but he has been inconsistent at various times this year as has Benji.

Truthfully though the forwards have been the biggest factor this year. Robbie and Benji have been playing off them.

Well I think we have the best 5/8 in the comp, best hooker in the comp, best 2nd rower in the comp as well as the best coach in the comp. Wouldn't trade anyone of these for anyone in the whole world ATM.
