Benji Captain!!

Farah needs to get his head off the news and stop talking about origin. The opposition run at him all game because they no he can't bend them back they dominate him and make yards. Attitude reflects leadership. Benji may miss them one on one but when they made breaks tonight and when wesser nearly scored it was Benji making trysavers. Just because Robbie scored a try doesn't make up for the 99 other 1% plays he didn't do.

If you guys no how close I am to the squad you will no this is a common thought in the group.
 
I too am close to the playing group and I disagree, Robbie is the captain and should remain as the captain end of story. We do not need to create unnecessary issues do we now
 
I'm close to the playing group on fan days. Other than that I am 12 rows away in the grandstand.
Farah does a good job as captain in my opinion. Changing captain wont improve our ball running, tackling and kicking game.
 
Yeh well we no who you guys are fans of. He is selfish and plays for himself.
 
Listen mate your entitled to your opinion but dont come in here sprouting rubbish about how your in with the team and they all hate Robbie.

That crap wont fly.

Sack Robbie cause he can't ben d them backwards but give the captaincy to Benji cause he misses them one on one but can chase them down and the playing group want this? Is it just me or does anyone else find this simply ridiculous?
 
When a team is struggling, people are always going to start looking for reasons why. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!
 
its not the captaincy or benji …its just simple complacency... have a bad game this week ,, then read your name in next weeks roster ....simple as that .....

Why would you say this about our best player by miles who consistently has shown his respect towards our club ?

So Sheens is to blame when we aren't on our game and the opposition is on fire.

How about naming the players who didn't deserve their spot last night prior to the game being played.
 
I haven't looked at the game stats yet but from my memory of the game Robbie did his fair share of defence. The interesting thing I found about farah last night is what a great player he is. IMO he had an ordinary first half by his standards he looked disinterested or maybe his injury was causing him some concern. In the second half the bloke turned his game around and dominated at points where he was able to score a try and spur the teams attack when determined to do so.

I'm not questioning his ability as a player 05… I'm questioning some of his decisions off the field and how it causes division.

tiger 05 your opinion dosent hack with me anyway….moltzen is a great fullback is where you lost me .....
 
Honestly our problem as a club is we play and watch this game with attack in mind only. The reason farah makes so many tackles is because the opposition always run at him. Pettybourne had an absolute field day running at him. Have you ever seen him really hit somebody hard or come off the line and put on a shot. His line speed is terrible.

As I said all he did in the second half was score that try and the amount of times he goes away from benji is ridiculous.
 
Sorry but this thread is rubbish.

The entire team had a PATHETIC first half, yet Farah at least made up for his poor first half with a very good second half. Benji on the other hand: well aside from his goalkicking, he looked disinterested in all aspects of the game. He was poor last night, very poor.

Farah played like a leader should in the second half, Marshall stayed in his shell. Not good enough from a player with his ability.
