I must admit I was surprised how slow Talau was in open space. I thought he was quicker.

Benji can say he will play next year as a back up, that is just lip service, he thinks he is a starting half, it will be a PR disaster on and off the field if he plays, we need the roster spot anyway.
If Benji really loves the club he retires, but Benji is all about Benji and he wants to play on

Spent all nite rushing out of the defensive line looking for an intercept...finally gets one..and is run down by several forwards.

We pay Maybe Mbye the big dollars so put him in a key role 5/8. We seem to be stuck with Brooks and his woeful kicking game and he is on decent coin so he goes back to HB.
All I ask is Mbye does the kicking in attack.

We have got nothing else.

No idea why he’s in the team. He’s been dropped before drop him again and for the love of god don’t offer him a contract. Unfortunately Reynolds while being a little better defensively still sucks. If you combined all 3 of our halves you would MAYBE get one good half

With Reynolds in the team over Benji, at least we were competitive with the top teams. Lost to the Panthers by 7 in the last 5 mins of that game. But was also because we had Grant at dummy.

Benji seems to bring a different vibe & attitude to the squad, as if they don't need to work hard, but trust their talent to prevail. Unfortunately, that's not working, for a number of weeks now. And I can see it in their energy on the field.

People can bag Reynolds out as much as they want, but what he gives to the rest of the team can not be measured or valued in price.

I blame Cammy Smith. Setting a bad example for Benji by playing good into his late 30s. Benji thinks he can do the same.

Problem is that Benchie wasn't playing good in his late 20s

I blame Cammy Smith. Setting a bad example for Benji by playing good into his late 30s. Benji thinks he can do the same.

Problem is that Benchie wasn't playing good in his late 20s

I actually thought the same, but as much as I don’t like Cam, I respect his career.
Benji couldn’t hold a candle to Smith, in game management, form and self awareness.
Storm have told Smith they need a decision now, we should make the decision for Benji, as he is incapable of doing it himself

Benji is my favourite West’s Tiger absolute legend. We need to give Jock Madden a crack our season is over now, let’s not hang on to false hope and give the kid 5 games to get some experience.

That moment Morris went by him...Benji barely tried to grab him. The constant misreads where he gets caught half way coming in...these things turn games.

Two to three tries a week are directly on his D errors. You can't win carrying that.

Should have gone two years ago with dignity. A shame.
