Why is Benji even on the show? he says and does nothing. Actually he does the same on the field.

They are paying his way, so he can go on there every Thursday and look stupid for all I care… **Why do people even watch that show?!**

Lol, that's a very good question, Watto! Channel Nine's little ploy of playing a Thursday night match that would segue into the Footy Show even had me watching bits of it cause I just left the TV on after the game. And I haven't looked at it for years! Nice try Channel 9, but now there is no game on Thursday it's straight back to Star Trek DS9 for me - bugger the Footy Show.

That footy show is crap haven't watched it for years , Sterlo show is the best thing that's come out great Footy talk with no clowns .

The show is great thats why it has lasted 20 years,its not all about footy but it brings a bit of humour and shows players are people not robots

I think the show stinks too. Accidentally had it on. I guess I'm old school, where there always seemed to be animosity between opposition players. Especially the week before they square off. Benji sat with his arm around Slater in the bit I saw

When was that? wasn't there a time where players literally went out and got on the drink with opposition players after games? sure it still happens. They're human beings not cyborgs
