Got to love this topic comes up every year. Very early this year, usually appears after a run of losses mid season especially if either Farah or Marshall have contributed to the loss with a howler of a play on the last tackle.
My take on the situation, you offer players what you think you can afford without upsetting the balance of your squad, if that is not enough so be it and as a player walks out the door another walks in. Your also have to determine when its time to look at the next generation even if it may result in short term pain. The Marshall/Farah thing would be determined on what your needs were at the time and what you had coming up behind them and of course how your cap space was traveling.
