What's the opinion?

I personally think it's such a stale show.
Don't like the set and the banter isn't that impressive.

Seems like a show that won't last long.

I think for his first gig he shows confidence, but hey, that's our Benji.
I agree with you Demps about the set, it looks too basic.
He has has some good guests, that's the main reason I watch it.

Wants to be like Denan Kemps podcast but doesn't have the freedom to speak openly.

Very forced, imo.
"Urban" set design to try and be relatable.

If someone's paying him he may aswell take it. Can't see it going on for too long though.

Haven't seen the show but I like listening to Benji on Triple M and Fox. He surprised me with his commentary on Triple M yesterday.

When Benji gets too much airtime, he starts talking about himself too much.

Unless you're a multi-billion dollar consortium - the only way to make good money as a property developer is to build sub-standard slums with dodgy certification and sell them off the plan at a premium via a $2 shelf company...
