Best ever Wests Tigers players

Hey guys this is the first time ive ever started a thread. Happy to be told my opinion sucks 🙂

Was wondering who are the best Wests Tigers players we’ve ever had.

I came up with this list (in order)

1. Benji Marshall
2. Robbie Farah
3. Brett Hodgson
4. Gareth Ellis
5. Scott Prince

does length of service outweigh a few great seasons
does a highlight reel increase the scorecard
one club heroes
guys who careers were cut short whilst at the tigers

for mine lawrence has to be on there, even if he was making some average decisions towards the end of his career, great clubmen, filled positions as needed, representative, suffered multiple injuries for the team
marshall much the same, end of his career made some terrible PR decisions which impacted his immediate reputation with the club but guaranteed his history will be a positive for the club as opposed to wearing the auckland jersey, or wearing any other jersey for his nrl career, probably a benefit of the bunnies losing is he only won the one with us
tuiaki another guy who had a great short career with us and had all the potential in the world to be a superstar of the game, not sure if he is worthy of a top 3 position though

I think that is the right players to have there. I'd have Prince above Ellis. He won the Clive Churchill medal in 05.

I only started watching in 2007 and I was very young then. These are the best players I remember playing in our jersey mixed with the ones I feel were very important before I started watching. I don't really care about how long they played for us, this is based on how I feel they played in our jersey. My ranking of players prior to 2007 may be off for obvious reasons.
