Bitcoin isn't the one to gamble your savings on. They'll only produce a finite number and then that's it. You needed to get onto it 5 years ago.

Let's see how well this post has aged.
On the 27th of April the price of Bitcoin in AUD was roughly $12k

I wonder what it is today?

Let's see, well well well, looks like that number says $36,800.

I'm glad I didn't "gamble my savings" on something that has
"a finite number"

How are your "savings" going?

Sorry Willow but that post will go down as the dumbest thing I've read on this forum.

It's still not too late for you Willow, don't let pride hold you back from making the best financial decision of your life.

Your grandchildren are going to say to you one day "Grandad why didn't you buy Bitcoin you moron?" ?

And we have all had those moments ...why didn't I buy land at Rainbow Beach when it was $6000 or Agnes Waters when it was $19000

As you know hangonaminute, I'm a bitcoin hodler. However, I just wonder what your motive is for this post. Yes, Bitcoin has done what both you and I expected. Indeed, we both are of the opinion that this is just the start of the 'bull run'. However, I don't see the point of calling out others who don't share this opinion.
You have 'put it out there' for all to see, regarding what you believe Bitcoin can provide for those wishing to partake in it. And that's fine. And in my opinion, that's where it should end.
Anyway, just my thoughts, mate.

That's cool, I was just reading through some comments and had a bit of a laugh and thought I'd pick out the funniest one.
Just wanted to let Willow know he hasn't missed the boat yet.

Gonna get smashed trying to talk about bitcoin/blockchain on this forum big dog, best to just ? and accumulate while everyone still thinks it's a scam.

I like getting smashed, and it is a scam, isn't it? ?

Mate, you don't get smashed because you believe in bitcoin, you get smashed because of the way you speak to people. I don't know if it is intentional but you come across with a sense of superiority that rubs many people the wrong way.

Definitely thinking about it.
My brother in law runs a Bitcoin pool,he said the same thing

The price is out of control at the moment - i expected a lot of profit taking but apart from a small blip there hasn't been much. I have been waiting for a major correction to jump in but i don't think that is happening any time soon. Luckily i bought in at 22k aud and was looking to consolidate. Have bought Litecoin and Ripple ( yes I know ) as an offset.
