as i walking into the ground BMM was walking out of the ground. Someone please educate me but i thought that he would stay to watch first grade and learn something maybe - you know be a bit more hungrier, stick around and see where you fit into the team. I dont get it - is this normal behaviour? Maybe he reads the newspaper reports. What does this say for our club? Is this professionalism.

LOL….. yeh I saw half the NYC leaving as we were walking into the ground. Can't blame them, if I was smart enough I would have been doing the same thing. What a pathetic game last night! But hey the boys tried their best. Maybe half the team of so are not good enough for the NRL. Can't blame them. they were selected by someone above. Someone who I should point out in his best opinion fielded the best team he could. Blind freddy would have made different obvious selections...but fortunately he's blind and would have no idea. I like the vision of the coaching staff. As for the blokes in playing for Tigers and Magpies...lol...sorry boys you are not being considered...go play somewhere else where you may get an opportunity. Wests Tigers Coaching staff have shown through their actions and decisions this year will all the injuries...you have no chance at this club!!!

Smart kid, the players have to relive the game in a video session during the week. Watching it once was painful enough, twice, ergh…

It seems like every week a forum poster is finding more obscure ways to bag a player.

Did the same thing at Leichhardt last week too. Remember clapping them as they walked out (after a 60-20 smashing of the Storm).
I agree that an extra 80 minutes watching the game (in the player's box, so not an unpleasant experience, and a bit of adulation formt he fans) could be beneficial to their game.
Not a personal attack, just an observation.

Could it be they don't want the players sitting around letting the lactic acid build up to cause further damage or preventing injuries from improving from bruises and bumps they recieved . The game has changed alot scientifically these days everyone

I dunno. I turned the tv off after the 60th and did more entertaining things…

Could it also be the fact that there is a huge gap in time between the 2 games, geeze if I was 20 again I know what I'd be doing on a Friday night after having a huge game!.

I also think you will find alcohol in even a moderate amount is frowned upon due to the fact is slows down the blood flow and prevents injuries from healing as quick . Again it is different to when we played the game but technology and our knowledge about the treatment of sports injuries has come on and leaps and bounds in the last 10-15 years

Is this normal behavior? Yes most of them leave after their game except of course if they are playing NZ NQ etc.

But There is always a presentation for Home games for both the NYC and NRL teams.. about an hour after the 1st Grade finish..so that kinda makes some of them Have to stay I saw a few of the kids Groat, Tedesco Nofoaluma Sironen Begovich Koroibete all sitting there watching 1st Grade.

Who gives a f dudes he had just played a game of footy and wanted to get the f out of there !! Who cares !!!

I would say it also depends on the injuries and niggles and players individual recoveries and what requirements are and a 100 other factors- I am not sure sitting around in the cold for hours after a game would be the healthiest thing for these players

It's left to the individual whether they want to stay and watch or move on. Most games the biggest percentage of players will watch at least the first half of NRL.

Some like to get away prior to fulltime to miss congestion at Leichhardt etc and I guess some have better things to do(in their opinion).

When a presentation is on at Campbelltown/Tigers all players are required to attend, so most would watch most of NRL

Me, I would prefer to see the whole team stay together after the game and watch at least first half of NRL, then please themselves.
