Bodene is an average player.
Not a good centre and not a very good second rower either.

Played well for … one year.
Contract player, plays good when he needs a new deal.

Happy with the outcome.

Demps at least you can speak some sense.

Bodene was an awful centre, and an average back rower. The fact he stood out in the backrow last season while being average just highlighted how average the rest of our back rowers were!

I'm sure we can find someone else to make 8 hitups for 50m and 26 tackles a game.

Of course we are signing a few more players. JT isn't stupid. There's heaps of players available, but who can we get for the best price?

And this is now the second time Bodene has walked out on the Tigers. Do we really need to get all upset about someone who shows the club such little respect??

IMO our backrowers were all too similar in Thompson, Siro and Sue. I prefer Sue over Bodene, and the club obviously has high hopes for Curtis.

BUT. We definitely need to sign a high quality back rower! In fact we needed a quality back-rower before Thompson left. We can't build a team entirely on youth, we need to import some quality to improve that 10% plus!

I really like the whole "Homesick" cover up.
Let's just be real…. He wasn't wanted.

Lucky to have got a deal with NZ.
If it was dragons or penrith to sign him, it'd be some over stupid reasoning behind it.

He's simply not needed for us to be a force in the future.
