Agree, I've liked bell from the start. OK not a big signing, but a toiler (G.Larsen, Hindmarsh etc..) Like Fulton, you need these guys. Yeah they don't get all the acolades and the tries next to their names, but without them, we would be in a worse position. I think Bell stepped it up against the Storm as did the rest of the pack. Bodene may have made only 40 yards, but they were inspriing his team to make their own 40 yards. He was sort of like what C.Smith is to the Storm. If he's there, your confident, organised. When he's not, they can be average. Thompson bought some Mojo and set a upbeat tempo to the game which the rest of the team followed. He dominated with his runs and gusto, you can't buy what he did. It was way more than just 40 yards and some of the defensive hits, pumped the team up even more. A Leader on the night. Good effort for his 1st game back in 1st grade. I'll keep him. Just my opinion.
