Don’t see us coming last, not top 8 unfortunately. Best back I’m going Staines. Best forward I’ll go Api or Ipap. Halves of Doueihi and Brooks I don’t know how they’ll do, hoping Doueihi will fire like he did in 2021 at 6, Brooks will fail even with the improved pack. See if I’m right at the the end of the season.

With the forward pack we've put together and decent depth in the outside backs, its the first time in a decade I'm quietly confident we will make the 8. I haven't really felt that way since the beginning of 2012 and some sporadic moments around 2015/16. If the lads can stay on the park, and we get decent 1st grade standards from Doueihi and Brooks, I think we will finish 6-8.

After the rotten run with injuries last season, given what will be hopefully better luck in that department I'm personally looking forward to a top 6 result for us.
Thinking the coaching staff will take advantage of rule interpretations encouraging open play.

I’m pretty sure Sheens said if all the other teams are targeting a top 8 spot then that’s what we’re also doing.

I see WT around 8 to 12 spot this season with season 2024 where they play semi finals again.
Broncos seems to be self-exploding and see them in for a poor season.

While I am happy with the new pack, don’t think it’ll be enough to get us 8 bound. Our halves aren’t exactly the best but it may work. Our backs are pretty average we don’t have a world class Fullback but hopefully Staines can do a job and shine like he did at Panthers. Laurie I don’t think will do good don’t even think he’ll be kept for next year or if he is he’s only gonna get a year max. Our outside backs have potential but they do struggle. I don’t see us making it but if by a miracle we do, we’ll just make it 7th will be our highest position.

We won’t make the 8, Newcastle won’t be last but unless a miracle happens they won’t make the 8. Tipping Dragons for the spoon but I do agree with you on Roosters winning.
