We should make a play for Matty Bowen for a swansong season, before I get ridiculed and no disrespect to mick potter who was a fine fullback but Bowen is a similar size to teddy and he could sure use some flair. Bowen can also play in the halves which we we won't have any experience in. We are about a million to one to get him but you don't know if you don't ask

His knees don't work any more. He side stepped too much and they are giving in underneath him of something he'd spend most of the season injured. He's a fantastic player tho if it were a realist scenario I'd love to see him in black gold and white.

I really want teddy to succeed this is why he needs a mentor like Bowen to help spark him in attack. That and a better boot sponsor. Bowen would help all those mentioned, teddy, Rowe and simona

No chance. As much as I respect Matty Bowen, this would be a step back. Nothing I've seen from Teddy has shown he can't make this spot his own anyways. He has some areas of his game he needs work on and he will do so. I've been content with his season. He's looked better as the season's gone on. That's all I ask at this stage of him.

I know I posted the idea but I do agree we have enough youngsters to fill the position of fullback and teddy is solid and a legend of the game in freddy picked him for city, so its obvious people see great things for him. I just like to throw up some interesting posts for the forum and love to see the thoughts of fellow tiger tragics!!!! If teddy can carve out a career like Matty Bowen we will be happy fans

Bowen 175cm 84kg

And people complain that tedesco is too light and to frail. He'll be a solid first grader in my opinion. He's playing injured this season out of necessity while returning from an ACL so he's not setting the world on fire, but he's doing a decent job for a 20 year old.

People compare him to Nofo and Simona but they are currently far bettter players than him and would walk into almost any side outside of the top 4 and even there they could probably get a go. I don't see why people can't see that Tedesco is a solid player, mightn't be scoring 90m tries but he's doing alright. Why try fix it if it's not broken?
