Brad Fittler great player but others deserve a stand before him. He appeals to young people is no reason to name a stand after him. People aren’t going to a game because of the name of a stand

In these digital days, I dont understand the requirement to "name" a stand. With the ability to have advertising screens etc, I dont understand why they dont allow the stands to be named according to the tenant.

A perfect example is Bankwest. There shouldnt be a "Ray Price" stand, but when Parra play there the signage says Ray Price, when Tigers play there it could say Wayne Pearce/Tommy....etc etc

Wests Tigers are old enough now to create its own identity.. but that’s me..

I think they’ve installed synthetic grass in the broadcast box for ageing legends/immortals/ greatest of all times, etc, etc. Less distance to crawl.
