No words can express how sad, deflated and enraged I am about this, and I doubt I'm not alone. And' I'm probably going to cop as ban for this or get heavily censored but IDGAF at this point. For the first time in over 10 years, there was true hope and positiivty around the club. On-field improvements, good signing, the club makes a profit for the first time in 10 years, stability (at a Wests Tigers board level at least) and best of all, a team that has the best chance of making of a serious top 8 push since 2012.

But no, the Magpies dinosaurs can't have that. So that crusty talentless old [This word has been automatically removed], Dennis Burgess, comes along and does what he does best and thats pretend to be a professional board member just like he pretended to be a compentent professional singer. Imagine any professional club or organisation destroying the greatest chance you've had for true success in over decade, OVER THE COLOUR OF A PIECE OF [This word has been automatically removed]ING CLOTHING!

Shane Richardson is the best thing that has happended to this club in a long time. He has worked his ass off to put the club in a position to succeed and he has done it amazingly. Especially compared to Dumb and Dumber before him. I would not blame him in the slightlest if he resigned first thing tomorrow. Not to mention the trickle down effect this is going to have on the playing group. We're in the middle of negotiations with a young star fullback and our marquee signing ahas get-out clauses. There's a very real possibility we will lose both after next season.

But back to that scheming sack of shit, Burgess, I swear on my grandmothers grave that when that talentless cancerous sack of shit takes his final descent to hell, I will do to his grave literally what he has been figuratively doing to this club and its supporters for his entire time here; I'm going to summon he largest foulest dump I can muster and plant it right on his [This word has been automatically removed]ing grave. I'll then go home, bake a cake and get drunk in further celebration.

As for the likes of @BZN and @coivtny, and any other Magpie/HBG apologist, just [This word has been automatically removed] off. It's fair if they wanna sack but the reasoning is quite poor.

I watched the video release form the home page as well. Not much detail in what has been going on to warrant the independents being removed - but WTF - they have membership on the board so how can there not be communication. If there is a lack of information getting back to you from your own member I think it is time to look in the backyard.

The instability is back - and we are back to being run by the nepo debenture holders.

I'm sure some forum members will be over the moon; but FFS, we were finally heading in the right direction. How long before Richo is out the door and we have the equivalent of the clown show making decisions again.

HBG continues to break their own rules to save their own skin. The quickly developing Rozelle Village and Balmain Leagues Club site has to feel like a major threat for HBG, hence this new rumble and the rash decisions.

Our family went down to Ashfield for the Tigers v Warriors game in Round 21, and we won’t do it again. It was below average, the atmosphere was flat, the service was poor, and the food was subpar.

In the end, it’s about the complete experience, and you can only survive on the pokies for so long.

Pretty sure HBG own Balmain Leagues Club now...
