I’m interested in how he goes today … if he can manage to keep his head on straight, he could be outside backs depth for WT next season … im sure that’s what Souths are considering him as

yeah I agree … they are weak in outside depth and I have him higher than Faataape and Staines
I thought he went well yesterday. Maybe give him 1 year contracts to keep him keen?

He's has always had the ability just injuries and brainfarts have let him down in the past can handle wing and centre.
Also if he can get through the line has the ability to go a long way down field with reasonable pace no wonder Souths are looking at him hopefully we can keep him for another year.

We debuted a lot of kids in recent years. We need some experience and depth. If is form is solid going forward this season, I’d extend his contract at least another season.

Winger only, one half decent game doesn’t make up for 3 and a half years of crap.
Wouldn't bother with a contract extension either.

I don’t see the problem of signing May and Naden for 2026 …. Both would be preferable to Staines and AJ

Same story as always - Naden is a pretty decent wing/centre backup, seems to be happy to do a job in reserve grade and won't entirely embarrass himself in FG.
I wouldn't be in a hurry to move him on.

More than serviceable back up. Contract should reflect that. If he gets better elsewhere then good luck to him.

We have close to zero depth at the club and people trying to move a guy out the door who has just shown he can do a job if required ….
Same people calling for him to go probably looking at bringing another few 19 year olds into the Top 30 who can’t be trusted to do the job if needed

Was just starting to show some form again when he was injured in preseason it was a shame, looked capable of breaking the line on the weekend, discipline looks to be better this season too.
Think he is close to having a breakout game, I would be keeping him for another year, besides if Uncle Wayne wants him what does that tell you he's a pretty good judge of a footballer.

Winger only. His defence was bad when he played centre against the Eels.
There's at least 3 (Probably 4) in the Top 30 Naden is heads and shoulder above (Some Literally)
and the likes of Fa'ataape etc. there's no question.
