I would suggest after 3 spoons and 13 years of no finals, there remains a stigma associated with this club.

I was thinking about the To'o situation and the type of money being mentioned $800K i baulked at that initially then when you realize the grunt work To'o does to start the sets he'll often take 2 hitups. Not only does he take 2 hitups they are quality runs so he's basically doing his own work and the runs of a forward out of trouble.
So when you think about it like that he probably is worth $800 to us.
We shall wait and see maybe with Taulagi going to the riff potentially Stef they may need some cap space.

Previously this sort of money for a winger would be absurd. However, the game has changed and wingers can completely change games (just look at Lomax with the dragons)
Starting off sets is so important along with chiming in mid sets for momentum.
It actually helps our forward pack a lot.
He is also an excellent defender. Additionally, he is a huge culture guy and part of factoring in that sort of cash is how it would help Luais game playing with his best mate.

To'o is worth a million to us. He obviously brings a lot on the field but his mentorship and professionalism will bring a lot off it too. Guys like Laulii, Faatape, Alaimalo etc will learn a lot about what it takes to be a first grader day in and day out looking at Brian. You give To'o a million dollars but he will make our 300k players look like 500k players.

I’d hate to break it to you but our games are lost in the first set we have the ball when our backs struggle to get past the 30m line before the 5th tackle.
