I was amazed at how many Broncos fans hung around when the Cowboys did there lap of honour

Can't imagine too many Sydney based teams doing the same for other Sydney based sides

Well at 10:00 at night there not going to make it to the Airport and catch a Domestic flight back home are they? :roll.

Thurston got the CC….what a joke...Milford was the best player on the field ..JT wasn't even the best in his team....Oh well sells the papers...

slap slap slap Geo. Who was better than Thurston? I hate the guy, think he's a grub. But he was everywhere. No cowboy came close to him. The hooker early em was good and Lowe the backrower was great…. but Thurston won it.

Milford was best on ground until he cost his team the win. Hunt didn't cost them, Milford did in the 79th minute

I must have watched a different game Thurston showed why he is the best in the game tonight, he was all over the park in defence and attack. Got smashed but got up again, the last try they scored he pushed those 2 props who smashed him all game off to spread it. Touched the ball more than any other player including the Cowboys hookers in that last 30mins.

Milford was brilliant in attack a handful of times but only when open play occurred for the Broncos aside from that didn't do much.

Absolutely right MT.

Yep saw it that way too. Wasnt his most brilliant game but in terms of leadership up there with his finest. With ten seconds to go they were gone - he just refused to go down and by some sheer miracle the footy gods gave him a break. It was almost like one of those B rate American movies where the good guys win at the end against all odds. I watched it at a pub up the road from where I live with a giant screen - about a fifteen minute drive from the stadium. The whole place which was crowded were just cheering for JT. Leading up to the conversion the tension was incredible. He misses and everybodies heads are in their hands. Pots the field goal the place erupts jumping screaming whistling tears, the works. Next time we play the Cows I will no doubt be cursing him, but yesterday for me it was all about JT.
