What most older generation don't understand is social media stimulates your brain to release dopamine, so does alcohol, nocotine & other drugs.There's no age restrictions on social media use & the younger generations are hooked on it from early age, it's like a drug. They lose their social skills, growing up being told their the best, all are instant gratification. You don't even need pick up lines, just swipe lol.
They meet with friends, and they're all on their phones. So when crap happens, feeling depressed (which is much higher rate now) they jump on their phones, kinda like opening a cupboard full of grog and say here make yourself feel better.
So telling these young people just get off social media is way harder than you think for them

I’m sure whatever financial hit the Broncos take in the short term over paying him out, will be well worth it long term. They couldn’t persist with him for 3 more years. If they are smart, they will sign Paul Green.

Not sure if Paul Green will be the answer. He won't have a Thurston and a Taumalolo there, just a Milford and a Lodge.
