They will both be great players - but in becoming great they will make plenty of errors. Just like all halves - because they play for eighty and they handle the ball more than other players. I think its about time that some of the knockers start critiquing the games of other halves in the game - I think you will find that all halves are pretty much speed humps for the likes of Tony Williams, Pritchard,Cordner,Fifita and the big running forwards especially when teams are defending the line. Mitchell Pearce probably the best defending half in the game atm( and he is also surrounded by a team with a great defensive record to support him) - its taken him years to get to that level, and he also copped a heap of criticism by all the good judges who said he was only ever picked because of his fathers influence in the game. Now his running game has also improved. I get why people are impatient due to this desire to have instant results - but to write either of them off at this stage based on what you have seen so far, is ridiculous.
You're right Telltails. Patients is needed. We were all told from the start , that this is a building stage. A loss is hard to take i admit, but hopefully we'll win more than we lose, while we travel through this stage. 😛ray:
I don't know if patients are required
We had enough of them last year and we were shocking the more patients we had
Taylor knows that neither Brooks or Moses are ready and no where near ready
Having Brooks right is of the most importance at the moment , so Taylor is mainly focussing on him
Once he is ready he will start giving more responsibility to Moses
This is going to be a long process and there are no guarantees at the end of the rainbow
There is a saying " be careful what you wish for " , we got what we wished with Marshall going but know we will have to deal with some pain while our two hopes for the future work it out
Lol. Agreed that "PATIENCE " is needed.
