Brooks deal?

There's also a bonus in his contract if he makes the Australian squad in any sport of his choice. I believe he's a great bob sledder and can also throw a mean discus. Failing that if he wins a marginal seat in the election **he doesn't have to do the captains run.** I heard this from a mate of a mate who's mum washes Holy Cross' under 14b sides jerseys every second week. So it's on very reliable grounds.

Yeah the board tried to vote on it, but they were split. 1st time that's happened i'm led to believe.

I'd be very surprised if they were on 400k but who knows with this club I would say somewhere in the region of 250 k with incentives,I guess it's irrelevant really but we will be in massive strife if either go down with serious injury or don't live up to the hype.

It would be a big punt on two untried kids to put them on that money, $200,000 each would be more like it with built in Bonuses down the track.

The mark I reckon TB with bonuses built in around how many NRL games played etc You'd have to think that brooks would be only slightly more than Moses imo maybe 220k -180 k respectively

Regardless of what the estimated value is, a contract isn't worth the paper it's written on anymore.

As long as Luke is happy he will want to stay at the club.

Yes it is, if the parties wish to enforce it. Why were the Tigers paying Sheens? Because they had a contract.

I'm just glad he and his mate will be at the club over the next few years giving us all something to enjoy and watch him develop into a Fulltime NRL Player...

Although, I did hear he will get an additional $1M per season if he gets selected in the NBA All Stars?!

I disagree Watto. Its very relevant.

If we are paying $400K each for two halves that have suffered significant injuries in the past 2 years and who, between them, have only played 1 first grade game, then we have the worst management in the history of sport.

Yeah $400k each for two 18 year olds who had yet to debut sounds unlikely.

Not a matter of opinion, straight from one of the boys managers, each are on 400k from next year, it was a 1.7million deal for each of them

Managers are notorious for getting news out of their clients being on huge contracts. It is advertising how good they are.

Dont you know its rude to talk about peoples salaries 😛
