Brooks

Iam sure the club would have liked to have used him off the bench at the latter stage of this season, just to give him a taste, but the second Tier cap has probably killed that off. I would imagine he will be given first shot in 2014, although it will depend on where Siro plays.Benji at seven and Siro at six is still a real possibility as it seems to working at present.

If Siro stays fit and has the full off season I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the backrow next year. The only reason he's still in the halves is his run of injuries has prevented him bulking up in the off season. In his 3 years with the club he's had 3 major surgeries.

I can see him playing like SBW - runs great lines, has a good fend, a sweet offload and some nice footwork.

Should Siro go there it opens up the opportunity for Brooks to play 7

Experience is still experience even if its bad.

Debuting and getting the unknown out of the way can steady his expectation and allow him a better mental preparation.

Better the devil you know.

But unless he gets permission from the NRL he won't be able to play due to the second tier due to the restrictions

And then I'm not sure whether he could return to NYC after that ??
