I read the RLW article this week with the interview on him moving to the sharks. It was really sad the way that it sounded he got treated at the Tigers.
Does anyone know the full story? Bryce was a loyal club man and shouldn't have been treated poorly.

The best defending Front rower in the game in my view and his release was a mistake which led to alot of the dramas mid year.
Teams will always have personnel changes from season to season.
And not always the loss we fans think it is.
A change is as good as a holiday, as they say.
New opportunities.
New challenges.
I really hope Gibbs does super well, he puts it all out there, and never avoids the hard stuff.

I am sure he played well but I saw nothing in that article saying he played a blinder

Talk about mis-leading thread title's
There will be a stack of these threads this year… Plenty of barrow pushing from the pro and anti Bryce groups

I have to admit that I'm still disappointed he wont be running around for us anymore.
I think Blair is a top signing though and will form part of the best 2nd row in the comp.

I'm sure he won't let Cronulla down, but can I get a team list of the Manly side that ran out? It was a fairly lopsided scoreline, and I'm willing to bet that Manly didn't run out an A-List side… Even if they did, that's no gauge on how they will perform...
had a chat with a bloke who was at the game (manly alligned), second half both sides were pretty much full strength in the second half.
He said that Cronulla were surprisingly sharp, he thought Carney was excellent. I asked about Gibbs, he said "he did his normal stuff and was pretty good I guess"

I agree, only reference to Gibbs I could find was "Boasting a new-look side featuring recruits Issac De Gois, Ben Ross and Bryce Gibbs", or maybe Gibbs changed his name to Carney during the off season…
