OFFICIAL Bryce Gibbs [Discussion]

One of the best things about sport is sledging your mates on the field whether they be on your team or the opposing side .

If u played we would of been defending all day after the 5 penalties u give away every game

Someone had to say, I'm just suprised it was Robbie Farah!

Ink - you are the fun police but I agree with you. I think that these comments can get out of hand.

This is actually a great display of the harmony & mateship that there is in the camp!!! (I know you were kidding ink!!!)

Like CB - I've seen it from day one - and it is all in the best of spirits!!!

Have to try different bait next time maybe a surface popper or a soft plastic Jigging works well Just ask Tiger05

last mon night footy post game show bryce made some funny comments to farah. i think it was called the bryce files or something and then farah gave a funny reply back

On a side note, Royce Simmons denied that he is the source of the funny Twitter messages under his name and suspected it was more than likely Gibbs and Fulton.

Does anyone have any inside knowledge about Bryce Gibbs chances of playing this week?

We need him to tighten up the ruck area and improve our line speed in defence.

I hope Ryan is the one to drop off the bench if Gibbs is fit but you have to say Schirmack is the one likely to miss out knowing Sheens love of a back on the bench.

Also I thought Lote was penciled in to return for the Panthers game?

Also congratulations to Liam Fulton playing his 100th game. Have a great game.

Well if you believe any if his tweets there is a chance he could be back. As for Lote he is on NRL on Fox tonight so may have an update.

if you believe his tweets he is definately playing. Who does Lote come in for next week….. Brown, Ryan or Moltzen.

I know overall he has been good, but Utai was rubbish on sat, hopefully he bounces back

Have to give utai another chance this week as has been pretty good up until last weeks game. If lote returns i would say Brown to centre until lawrence returns and molz to the bench and beau to stste cup.

I would'nt be too sure of Lote's return next week.

Expect strong performances from the likes of Mitch Brown and Aaron Woods this week as troops in their positions start to return. Apologies if this thread has been done to death somewhere else.

With Gibbs expected back this week looks like Al Schirnack or Ben Murdoch-Masila may make way. I expect it to be Murdoch-Masila to get some match fitness by playing more game time in the 20's

Ellis will be a straight swap for Shirnack with Dwyer, Heighington and despite the arguments from plenty on here Fulton no chance of being dropped.

Lote walks straight back on to his wing which means Brown, Moltzen and Ryan are locked in a battle for a centre spot and a place on the bench. I don't see Moltzen being dropped and expect Sheens to leave him at centre which means Brown or Ryan on the bench. I'd definitely go Brown but I think Sheens will stick with Ryan.

So imo I think Sheens will pick the following side in the coming weeks (Payten and Lawrence were not considered)
1.McKinnon
2.Tuqiri
3.Ayshford
4.Moltzen
5.Utai
6.Marshall
7.Lui
8.Gibbs
9.Farah
10.Galloway
11.Dwyer
12.Ellis
13.Heighington

14.Ryan
15.Fifita
16.Fulton
17.Woods

Like most people I would have Brown in the centres and Moltzen on the bench with Ryan back to State Cup

Anyway my point is that the side is starting to strengthen and competition for spots will only be a good thing for the side. Of course depending on what Sheens does. Definitely very keen to see how Murdoch-Masila progresses over the next few weeks.

I would like to see this:

1.McKinnon
2.Tuqiri
3.Ayshford
4.Brown
5.Utai
6.Marshall
7.Lui
8.Gibbs
9.Farah
10.Galloway
11.Fulton
12.Ellis
13.Heighington

14.Fifita
15.Dwyer
16.Murdoch-Masila
17.Woods

Beau knows NSW cup, same for Moltzen. Schirnack unlucky not to see FG when the whole squad is back. As you said though, much like he did with Woods I think we will see Sheens pushing BMM back into NYC and dipping him into FG as he sees fit and keeping Ryan/Moltzen/Brown on the bench.
