Bryce Gibbs is OUT this week - Cut on knee

Its not unusual for Sheens to name a player knowing full well he is zero chance of playing.. Sheens likes to keep em guessing up until kickoff.

Baeu played the week after getting ten stitches in his head ?
Every time i have had stitches they come out within 5 days by which time the majority of the wound has healed . Bryce will play .

And where did you get stitches? Not in your knee I take it.

I've had stitches there! It sucks ass!

The skin on the front of the knee gets PUNISHED the most, and the slightest knock will open it up again. You feel every little tug and pull of the skin. Christ even getting up from a seated position is annoying.

When you were a kid and got gravel rash on your knees (A rite of passage for any 6yr old) and it wasn't quite healed, any little knock would bust it open again. Remember?

well take the gravel rash and times it by about 100, because as per GIBBS HIMSELF "It looks like an axe wound"

FFS, serisously why the hell would i start a thread like this if I was just blowing smoke up peoples asses - this came from the guy himself, not some pie in the sky rumor from a mate of a mate who works with the guy who knows his uncles babysitters sister.

Sheens naming him is a 1 percenter.

surely you can understand people being hopeful he plays given that he has been named in his last home game at the ground he grew up playing at.
Under different circumstances Id rather him not play and heal, cuts on the knee are painful and annoying and given a few weeks would be perfect, but Id love to see him get a farewell at Campbelltown as a tiger.

Beau was also forced to wear headgear the following week to protect it.

I am amazed in a modern time that the sprinklers are both visible and able to do such damage. I went to the SFS for the Dragons match and it didn't impress me. Sounds like the whole place is due for an overhaul …

This is a complete gee up, if he was injured by a sprinkler the media would be all over it.

Remember recently when the Swans players found the spikes on ANZ Stadium?

Gibbs has caught out an awful lot of people on here!

You'd think with Sheens naming a player that is soooo in doubt to play, he wants to keep his cards close to his chest, wants to keep the Titans guessing.

So much for that. :unamused:

The fact someone at Concord is leaking medical details of players before the club is prepared to, is also quite unprofessional imo - bordering on unethical.

Not so much the injury, it was broadcast on TV during the game…the fact its **keeping him out of next weeks game** is the point.
