Bunnies to lose players

The South Sydney Rabbitohs have done well to keep the four Burgess boys together, but it comes at a significant cost.
>
The club has already been forced to release former skipper Roy Asotasi (Warrington Wolves), Dylan Farrell (St George Illawarra Dragons), Nathan Peats (Parramatta Eels) and Josh Starling (Manly Sea Eagles).
>
And there is mail the club will also lose handy players **Justin Hunt**, **Michael Crocker**, **Matt King** and **Jason Clark**. Admittedly, a lot of this is due to the effect of the salary cap – Souths have been the form team for much of this season and once this happens, rival clubs come hunting.

But it means the Rabbitohs will lose a lot of depth in 2014 and rely more heavily on their big-name players

Would you sign any of them?

Justin Hunt is a maniac and has no self preservation, wouldn't mind him but wouldn't care if he signed elsewhere.

They aren't really losing much in that lot, but they have certainly gained what they really need. Farrell and to an extent, Peats are fairly significant losses, but the rest - nah.

I take cricket in a heart beat. As much as I hate him, we need a forward who has some aggression

+1 for Crocker. A forward who knows how to play tough as nails and actually win would be very nice.
Great for the young kids too.

Crocker was a great player for sure, but past his use by date now, imo. Our experiment with buying older injury prone players (Anasta & Tuqiri) hasn't been too successful - I reckon Crocker would end up the same way if he came here at this stage of his career.

On another note, Softlaw, wtf is your avatar pic? I've been trying to work it out for years!

Crocker would of been a great signing 3-4 years ago

Very injury prone now , but hard as nails and would of been the hard ass we needed

agreed he's old and breakable, but his attitude is far better than any of the other has beens we've bought.
Would just one tough nut in Tiger's colours be too much to ask, ever? Even if he is in a wheelchair?

& Flippedy - it's the top cam of a compound bow at full draw. Looking out over the back paddock.

Croker will be 34 a bit too old for mine as is Matt king , the other 2 just aren't interesting in general

all teams lose players.
if would be more of a impact, if the " Burgess boys & Inglis " were told they have to leave.
