Cammy - It's not fair

Sharks cheated the year they won but the day of the Grand final apparently were cap compliant and that's why the NRL decided to say that they can keep their premiership. Todd is gutless.

Smith is the ultimate cheat in the game don't get me wrong, but he has a valid point. Either strip Cronulla's premiership, or give Melbourne's back. They have both systematically cheated the cap. Self reported or not, they ought to lose it. This is an absolute farce.

I think the comments by both Smith and Gallen reflect part of the problem that has developed over the last couple of decades. Players have been able to escape responsibility for commercial actions either done by themselves or their legal representatives in their managers and club representatives. Remember those false contracts signed by players? The NRL should have taken them down. The ATO should look at all this TPA mess, player managers dictating to clubs. Players and their playing association derailed the NRL draft and now seek to do the same to no fault stand down. Players and their reps are not helping the game- hindering more like. The AFL is going great guns with the active co-operation of players- they have the draft and it works well.

No Melbourne should not their 2 x forfeited premierships back, yes, Cronulla should loose theirs. Here is a test case- let Melbourne take on the NRL and Cronulla in court claiming discrimination.

As for Gallen walking away- its a empty threat- he is about to retire very soon anyway. So what if he goes.

Agree, but honestly the sharks should lose their title just like the storm, not like Cammy wants, to get his back
 
Easiest way to stop cap rorting is make the players liable for any illegal contract or payments. Both player managers and the players should face a 12month ban for first offence and life for the second. Things would clean up in no time. The old…I don’t know where the speed boat came from would be out the window

Player X had the bogey Unca had the double 2 putted from 1 foot lost the hole..
