I just want to state that after 5 rounds most on here said that they cant watch the team play anymore,' "they wont win a game this year",Madge has to go he isnt the coach for us,We will get the wooden spoon this year,we havent got any decent players in our squad and the depth is horrendous and finally we are a rabble and Pascoe has gone on holidays when he should be here....
All those excuses are null and void now that Hastings has control of the team and Brooks is playing his running game...
Can you see how fickle supporters can be when the coach is trying to field a competent team of players that can do their job and the job for the team...
Injuries and suspension with some poor reffing and mistakes by us killed the first 5 games,now that there is some form of professionalism in this lot we are creaming our pants....it was always a matter of sorting out who the top players are and where they play,we will have others back but some injured,Madge has to do with what he has got,I have nothing but praise for the teams efforts and Madges constant barrage of criticism that he faces week in week out as a true professional that never bagged the team and praised them constantly....many better weeks ahead,,,,go the WTs...
 
The main reason we won these last 2 games is because we are competing and completing.
They often say the bounce of the ball, the rub of the green, the refs calls.
We are starting to get those 50/50 calls because of effort.
I thought our forwards are putting their hand up and having a dig.
Now that our players have tasted the rewards of competing and completing it should make us want to turn up and put in an extra effort.

Juts have a look at Adam obriens press conference from today after the knights 5th strait loss he looks an absolute mess spoke poorly of the playing group and apologised to the fans after Madge lost his 5th strait he sat in front of the media and said we are going to get out of this and he’s done that it’s so interesting to see how coaches react to situations

Lol to be fair going into that Parra game we just came off an absolute shellacking at the hands of Cronulla. It was hard not to be down about our chances at the time
 
I ran the predictior. Using the auto fill it has us finishing in 10th short of the Broncos 9th and the Warriors in 8th.
We have two big away games against those two that we need to win.
We also need to beat the Dragons next, the dogs twice, the Rabbitohs again, and 1 of either the Cowboys on magic round or Parra at Leichhardt or Manly at Campbelltown. That’s taking into considering certain loses agaisnt the Sharks, Roosters and Panthers.

Not great reading. Statistically we just don't win three in a row. It's hard to imagine any other club being this bad lol.
 
Really depends on how they back up over the next 4 rounds against Drags, Manly, Cows and Dogs. Based on current form, we should win at least two, maybe three of those matches but history shows that we have a bad habit of Amber Hearding the bed against teams we should beat.
