Can we kick out the storm for being to good ?

The Melbourne Storm is a funny one for me. I know they cheated in the past which I despise them for but I also respect their system and their culture. It’s a superstar production line. Will be very interested to see what happens post- belly ache. Think I’d like to see them go back to back because I hate the Sydney teams more.

Why do people still resent them for what they did in 2010, yet no one cares when the Dogs rorted the cap in 2002?

Prolonged excellence which continued the year after they rorted. No punishment in effect.

The Dogs won a comp 2 years after too. What’s the difference?

I reckon we just do mad little challenges for 26 rounds like,

Running races, kicking shoot outs, dance battles, relay races, etc etc.

Then storm can play Whoever gets the most points for the GF trophy.

Less stress for us old timers.

So, the Storm should be a rabble now for what they did a decade ago?

That’s not what I said, at no point did they suffer from their crime. So my hatred is strong. I also said I respect them more than the Sydney sides because an element of their success is built by them/Bellamy.

I am sick of the storm. Saw Olam's hit on Walker last night.

I will say that I have no problem with it and I do not see anything illegal. Now compare it to the tackles that have seen Ravawala suspended at least twice this season. Inconsistent much?

I used to really hate the storm growing up, though the last couple years have come around somewhat and I can’t put my finger on exactly why, though I suspect it could be due to one or more of the folllowing;

- Cam Smith retiring
- Entertaining on and off the field with style of play and players like The Cheese and Lil Papi making things interesting and are highly likeable guys
- Professional and disciplined: everything I wish the Tigers were, I love the standards that are driven at the Storm and love to see similar attitudes and work ethics in my own life with people around me not putting in half efforts

In summary, Storm used to be bad, but not they’re good, when compared to teams like Parra and Riff up the top I take Storm every day of the week, especially as I have and continue to live in the Penrith/Lower Mountains area and therefore see those two as rivals with recent events playing a big role

The Storm are brilliant and have become my 2nd fav side. So much so I havebooked flights to see them play Penrith in Melbourne on the 31st July (provided the borders are open) The hate just comes from jealous fans.

Whilst Wests Tigers are my team and I still have Raiders as my second , I have never really disliked the Storm it was just when Cammy was front and Centre , however I have to agree I would rather watch their games now and find myself quietly cheering them except when they play us

Imagine following a team that wins 2 out of every 3 matches for 20 years, almost never misses the finals and cannot be beaten in Round 1 of any season.
