Jack Whigton in doubt for clash failed HIA

Eh, he'll probably end up playing and score a double against us.

He was terrible in the first half last week. Probably have a blinder against us, if he plays.

Cory Horsburgh is out for raiders, he’s suffering from Gastro. Big fella is crapping himself just thinking about playing against us Ryan Sutton into the starting side.

He’s seen Rowdy has come into the starting side.

Taking a look through the Raiders starting pack and physically they're not that big, with Papali the heaviest at 112kg and their tallest coming in at 188cm in Tapine. Obviously they are mobile and hard working and play with an aggression that we tend to lack. No to mention they more often than not know how to play for 80 minutes, something we struggle with.

Having said that, there's no excuses for the WT not to win the battle of the ruck provided we play with controlled aggression, hold the ball and improve our kicking game. Size is not against us, nor is fitness - our main battle is mental.

There is so much criticism of Sticky as a coach, but for mine he reads the winds of change better than most in RL. It was only a couple of years ago that the Raiders were pretty much the biggest in the comp, with waves of man mountains coming at you. I less than two seasons he has totally reshaped the squad replacing Shannon Boyds with Batemans. For all his faults, he seems to be ahead of the curve a lot.

They’re still one of the premier forward packs in the comp. if we play for 80 we can match them but we haven’t done that all season

The Raiders are out of form they are beatable !

My concern is we will play them into form and the left side Raiders attack will suffer RSI injuries from putting the ball down over the try line too many times.

To which the team the following week will benefit from, always our luck...

Agree, would be just like us to turn up this week...

Most of the time we are out of form. Let's just hope we show up and follow Madges game plan.
