I am a devoted tiger fan and a central coast resident.
I thought it was a nice touch to see local central coast under 7's run the players on to the field however I was pretty disgusted after the half time break to watch the tigers run back out. The little kids had their hands out to slap the players hands as they ran back out and the tigers totally ignored them. Would it have killed the tigers to just slap the kids' hands as they ran on? I have never said a good word about manly players in my life but to their credit they acknowledged the kids. I just think it made the tigers look bad.
Those kids are the future of the game, a quick slap of the hand would have meant a lot to them.
But on a better note, at least we beat manly
