I was picking the lad who works in the mall on weekends.

His boss walked him to the car.m, although he’s bigger than her lol.

I saw cops everywhere near the mall, ambos and 2 x Polair. Every citizen in the mall was trying to get out.

And the roads are bad around the mall and a lot of people don’t know that should get out of the way safely. That means can you break some road rules safely if it’s an emergency, but people should legal advice on that lol.

The cops have footage and they’d be interviewing and looking for other suspects as we forum.

They’d be seizing iphones as well, unlocking them straight away and copying all of the phone.

if the suspects are amateur ( and it sounds like it as @Buttface submits ) and they will probably sing like canaries. I have no sympathy for them.

Guns and machetes in the commission of a crime, thats very serious.

A lot of kids and families were at the mall, youngsters from the west working hard during their days off school. I heard they went to the top car park.

That’s near Timezone and where youngsters assemble for entertainment when mum and/or dad are shopping.

And we have heaps of immigrants out here, come for a better life. They’d be wondering about that now.

Complete opposite.

The TDS decision is long term thinking. As others have said, you shouldn't build your team around an expensive hooker.

Right now we have Hope + Api to cover Hooker and Haywood coming in the future.

Before you respond:
Who's our halfback coming through?
Who's our 5/8 coming through the juniors?

Where are the 3-4 forwards we will need in 2 years time?
We have wing covered and maybe Center is Taylan plays there with Toa.

Bula is up for contract renewal... Hooker is well covered, why would we spend on where we have depth?

When I mentioned short term thinking, I was referring to Api having possibly only two good years left, whereas TDS could have possibly twelve good years left.

Both have positive and negative outcomes, they chose Api for obvious reasons, so lets hope it works.

The cops are going to have to decide who gets bail or not. Guns and knives, deary me, I can’t see many getting out too soon.

And the kids might be ignorant enough to talk with each other in a cell. All on video and being recorded.

If I’m the cops, I’m putting a few mates together for observation. Try to get to the bottom of it, identify the shot callers and so forth.

A lot of officers will be going through stuff right now. Writing and recording stuff. Will be a long night.

Lives wasted and ruined trying to be macho, easily led or whatever.

Then they have a right to try for bail in court if the cops won’t let them out. Good luck with that one….

I agree that Wests Tigers are the future, but that doesn't mean that Magpie people and their lower grade teams should cease to exist.
I'm as Wests Tigers as anyone on here.
However the joint venture agreement gave both clubs that right. It's a shame that Balmain no longer has the capacity to fund teams (I really mean that) but I don't understand why people begrudge those that enjoy watching the Magpies play having that.

Before you start, not many care about Balmain either ,.. things get superseded unfortunately …both old clubs are from a previous generation just like type writers , landlines, VHS tapes and interstate train travel…its sad but it sometimes happens …

Mate, I think I have the solution. If this fool thinks having a Magpies reserve grade team is the biggest problem with the club, then let him have it. I would be happy enough to just have a Wests Tigers NSW Cup team whether or not the Magpies are there.

Tbh I don’t have huge issues with the Magpies at NSW cup level. Sure not perfect brand/club alignment but that’s okay I think. We’re a unique club - proud of that.

Massive issues however with the Magpies playing at Lidcombe though. Wests left lidcome almost fifty years ago. Should be playing at Campbelltown full time. Honestly, proper madness. If campbelltown isn’t for a particular week available, think they should play at Concord.
