Showing Knights vs Dragons at 1am on Friday morning but get this, after the footy show which will be filmed after the game.

Idiots. :crazy
 
I would hate to be a footy fan in Melbourne. It would send me mental. Not only do you have to stay up late just to watch a game, you would be living in Melbourne.

That's classic - but seriously ,there are so many channels now you think they could put it on somewhere at a reasonable time.
 
That is a good point. Instead of a rerun of friends and knight rider they could squeeze it in.

Last nights coverage reminded me how much we need a different network to cover the NRL .
The interchange between Gus and rabbits is becoming cringingly obnoxiuos.
The recruiting of Lockyer is a poor decision - great player very poor communicator .
Wally lewis commentary is always very bland and never provides any insightful commentary
Fittler is not for serious commentary
 
Mate of mine is living in Melbourne and has found a group called league of our own
[Www.leagueofourown.net](http://Www.leagueofourown.net) that has arrangements with a few Melbourne pubs to show every game live. If you have to live in Melbourne you should get some enjoyment

I agree, they spend more time arguing with each other than they do calling the game. Rabs to his credit was trying to ignore Gus's baiting into different issues but Gus keeps going and going.

Rabs would be better paired with Sterlo or anyone other than Gus.
 
It should really be a condition of the next negotiations that all rights holders make the games they have first screening rights to, available to all Australia at the same time. The networks have enough channels to do this without using their "main" channel. Failing that, Foxtel should be able to provide FTA games line in to states where the FTA won't show the game at the same time as Sydney/Brisbane
 
watched both footy shows, nrl on fox and the footy show , matty johns looked like he had a few prior to going on and him and guyer together , well its a big nothing but a bad move by fox and the footy show well ex cricketer doing footy please , and vautin well 9 must own him 50 million dollars or something , otherwise he would be punted any other place
 
How many times did we have to hear that Nightingale was Rabs favourite player? the whole routine has been done to death. As far fox goes, good to see Sailor given the arse, although never been a fan of Geyer. Always thought of him as a meathead
 
Will be interested to see how they re-do the Sunday footy show since hey are combining it with the Roast. I also missed Vossy doing stuff you may have missed. Big marn did not do it justice.

For Wally Lewis to try and explain what he saw compared to what most others saw on the footy field is almost impossible He was two steps ahead of most others and to try and explain it is very hard

Adding to that there aren't too many in the current game (if any) that are in his class when it comes to reading the game well.

Many players in todays game read what is in front of them

Not only that but you would have "AFL is the greatest game in the world" jammed down your throat.
 
What a joke they are. When ever Fox cover Warrior home games they start at 12 on the dot, but as soon as 9 cover it they delay to quater past
