So what has happened to him ..what has he done to be totally forgotten, very interesting if anyone knows what has happened.

I thought Penrith were keen on him ?

A really dumb decision to leave him out today, knowing Farah was out and Dene injured.

Especially when Halatau was in doubt all week .
Just another dumb call from a pleb of a coach .

There is obviously more to it other than signing with another club …

So he has signed elsewhere?
WHO with?
Seems to be a policy if you sign elsewhere say goodbye to firsts… Cant argue with that as long as it's across the board.
Still... He would've been handy

Obviously. The rational amongst just sit back and say pick the best players for the role they need to play and have no idea why that doesn't occur.

I do not know if he has signed elsewhere or not ..others were making that assumption,I just commented if he had that would be no reason not to be selected since he has been at the club for years .

He has dropped his bundle and is playing like a busted in NSW cup. Liddle should have been on the bench today.

I thought he was pretty poor at the start of the season, and from what I've seen, he's been poor in NSW Cup.

I had high hopes for him this season, but I couldn't pick him right now.

Yep, baffling that a recognised hooker was not in the team. We could have really used Ballin (if not injured), Cherro or Liddle today. ET is just so effective as a roaming lock. Just a stupid, stupid decision by JT the bloody arrogant idiot

Another dud selection by the coach putting our best forward into hooker.

I thought we were blessed with hookers without RF??

Thanks for that
Harvey too

Cherrington wouldn't be winning us any games.
He's on the way out so let him rot in the cup til he departs.

- Can't defend
- Too small
- Not good enough

If you've got a reserve grade full of first grade capable players, you could possibly have an argument for leaving someone out if they were leaving,
But we aren't in that position.
I think Cherrington is pretty ordinary, from what I've seen, but he's a specialist dummy half, and was a hell of a lot better than ET will ever be. Plus with Taylors Failed selection one of our best forwards was wasted at dummy half
Along with his continued use of a non winger his selections, ( which he was so adamant about when he came here) stink.
As for Rankin, why pick a player out of position, (against his stated policy)
For his goal kicking , then use another ordinary goal kicker for the goal kicks
Taylor continually contradicts himself,
He's a reincarnation of Sheens, only missing his experience or ability to Coach
