Off contract and was Souths best tonight. Has been tremendous all year, is only 22 and plays in a position we need quality in. Would be right in there after that one if I was the recruitment team.

I would be all over him like a rash, but I think if we can sign a prop and move Sue back to where he belongs, we will be alot better off.

That said, with the interchange adjustment next year, Sue definitely has the markings of a new age prop, and we could be in the backrower market.

Back to where he belongs? He's played his best footy in the front row for us imo.

Hard one to justify, but I believe he is a backrower and honestly one of the best in the league. I completely understand the calls for him to be in the prop rotation, he has been off the hook filling in, but a metred game with less impact in the second row, unleashed due to honest centres outside him, the bloke will be dead set devestating. He makes a great prop, but its not his calling.

Well you may be right, but in the backrow and off the bench he struggle to get involved. When he starts prop he has been involved and punishing. So I'm just basing my opinion on what I've seen.

I like him… Loved his performance in the Indigenous game at the start of the year. Young and looks pretty tough.

Aboriginal players are always tough. They just sometimes lack size(not in Grevs case though).

Take him in an instant would be a great buy for us, young and tough who breaks the line.

Why are Souths not resigning …a bit lazy in general training ect ? seen this before , no good if the effort is not there fully.

I thought he had re-signed with Souths, but if not I'd definitely take him, he's powerful and a real handful on the edge which is what we need.
