Chris Heighington

Should be moved on at the end of the season. I believe the club tried to move him on last year (Penrith) but for whatever reason it never eventuated.

He is a wholehearted player who has busted a gut for us over the years and deserves respect but the fact is he makes no impact in either attack or defense anymore.

He said no to the deal.

I would let him look around at the end of his contract with a view that if he can find a better offer, take it. The Tigers have some top backrow talents coming through over the next 12-24 months and by that stage I see them offering more value and impact that Heighno.

Wait and see what his form is like when he returns from injury he may bounce back after the time off.

The tigers always suffer without him. He gets through an enormous amount of work each game. I'd want him in my side.

Would be trying to offload him at the end of the year. Last year would of been better but one reason he wouldnt of gone was the whole wests tigers fans were against it. It turns out on this one Sheens was right.

If he really wanted to stay id offer him a contract 1/3rd of what he is on. My only issue is its clear Sheens will pick him every week. Im happy for him to stay if hes judged fairly on form. But for him hed be much better going to the ESL for the $$$ he would warrant (current england international).
