So people are saying that half the blokes that have never consistently produced (Sue,Brooks etc) will be much better behind next years pack, but a solid performer who puts in every week and has sacrificed for the club should be cast aside

Makes a lot of sense doesn't it.

You all run the threat of being kicked off this forum if you say anything bad about him - like I was years ago. I believe my comments were along the lines of being happy that it was his last year under contract as he is so lame. He is our modern day Mark O'Neill - who turned out to be a grub.

Could not agree more, he did not missed any tackles in the last 2 weeks
His best position would be a combined role of strength trainer and marketing :sign:
Unfortunately, repeated injuries damaged a potentially solid carrier,
his pears e.g. Lewis, Guerra, Thaiday, Hoffman, Manerring, Cooper etc. are for years miles ahead,
and can still can ask for the top money in any NRL club. Lawrence is a nice guy but no NRL club would take him even on 100k.

I don't care if he is on hardly anything, he is taking up space and is only good for spilling the ball each time he tries to hit a whole. This oh he's a nice guy does my head in. We want wins. Not nice guys. Bring on our new grubs for 2018\. Packer, Matulino, Reynolds. I want more grubs. But good hard grubs. Not lame ones.

I dont know what to think about Lawrence i know he is under contract next yr but his performances have been on the slide since his hip dislo. Does Ivan cut him loose let him look elsewhere such as Super League ? With guys like Lewis and Hoffman available that would be better players to fill the experience void.

I wonder how much we could get Luke Lewis for. How good was his try on the weekend against Manly?

That was amazing! 34 years old and still outran them all. If that was our winger Nofo, he'd have been caught and therein lies the difference between our teams.

What a space in our 30 man roster?
If he hasn't cost us any money at all and we need an experienced back rower to fill in. You would prefer to pay cap money for someone else.
