City v Country - Any tigers going to make it ?

Anyone think any we woill have any players in City v Country, usually we do but

Farah - Will be excluded as Origin certainty
Woods- As above even if he was fit
Grant - Would have been a chance except for injury
Tedesco - was certain to play u'd think if not for injury

However outside of that we don't really have many given some overseas players who might play for their nations - i.e Simona, Naquiama

Only players I can think of who might play for C V C is Sironen who played last year and Lawrence who has been a revelation in the backrow.

At the start of the year I though Brooks might be a chance but hasn't made the impresion or the tackles

Nofoaluma is eligible for both city and country I think? I expect he'll be overlooked.
Moses and Brooks well… either or both might be selected since it's such a Mickey Mouse match.
Lawrence & Sirro are both likely selections imo. Lawry deservedly, Sirro because he's rated.

yeh i'd say lawrence is a certainty mainly coz fittler rates him heaps. siro played last year or the year before in the halves iirc

i'd say brooks/moses had a very small chance coz of their rep in the juniors and NSW's obsession with picking club partners but impossible for either coz of moses' injury.

It really is a nothing game. It's been proven dozens of times that performance means nothing in terms of SOO. I can't think of a game on the calendar that gets me less excited. Maybe the All-Stars game.

Farah, sirro, Lawrence. If picked on form, Farah is currently well behind ennis for soo. If ennis has a big game vs Broncos this Sunday, there will be pressure on Daley to pick him.

Lawrence is the only healthy player who deserves a spot but to be honest i hope he doesn't get picked. I'd prefer all our guys to have a week off and rest up. We aren't going to make the finals but a week off will allow them to get over a niggling injury which at this time of year is gold.
