Best Rugby League Test match I've ever seen , for you younger guys well worth watching

I was only 10 but i will always remember it as one of the best test matches, if not the best. The try for big Mal was awesome.

Wish they had end of year tours. You could play 3 test series against a big opponent and have filler games versus smaller nations mid-week. It'd really add to rugby league and the value of an international jumper. Anything to get tests up to at least 4 or 5 a year.

He was great. The deciding 3rd Test of that series was when Sirro just blotted him out of the game, every time he touched the ball Sirro creamed him. Must of hit him with 10 or so bellringers.

Watto could tell you about a Brisbane Rugby League GF in 1976 when his side Easts kicked a field goal against Happy's Wests Panthers to lead 1-0 in the game

That was the high point for Easts , they got beaten 16-1 :laughing:

Yes it was such a great game but I will always remember the call from David 'thirsty' morrow that he must have almost exploded in the call.
