Unless there is a major salary cap breach by a team above us and the NRL act on it our season is dead and dusted.

The start of a very hard sell, attracting people on a Thursday night to Cambo when really we are done for the year

Against Manly aswell. Hats of to anyone that travels more than 15mins to attend.

I don't even think the magic score of _25-18 in favour of wests tigers,_ :unamused: in the remaining games, will get us into the top 8, this year, sadly points for /against is the major issue,

**So if a miracle occurs and we limp into the 8 nothing changes, we're not good enough to do anything anyway.**

Let it go Ivan, we had our chances we're not good enough.
The Sea Eagles will destroy us anyway, we're not like the Titans who can actually score points.

For me our season ended when the Titans beat us at Leichhardt, from that moment I knew we weren't good enough to make the 8.

If we make it, we’ll go in having won 4 out of our last 5\. That’s not what I’d call limping in.

Farah kept us as fans for the final 2 months - I am thankful for the win against Souths, his 250 game and Sutton's 300\. The spewing on the other side made it double worth while. Damien Cooke is having a downhill run as far as I am concerned and Farah turned his back on potentially playing in another GF.

Tell Ivan I will run naked down Byron Bay main street if we make the finals. It will be on a Thursday night and will divert into Cheeky Monkies

Do you wake up in the middle of the night in a pool of sweat call out "Robbie"?

im a fan, but yours is an infatuation.

When it was declared the other week that he was highest try scoring hooker with 20 more than Cameron Smith I must admit I did break out in blood, sweat and tears. It would have to be maybe the only record that a Wests Tigers player has - I am becoming frothy again just thinking about it now.

Personally I think we won’t make the 8\. But if we come in 9’th has been a good effort, seeing every Tom, Dick & Harry had us as getting the “SPOON”.

Obviously, it would take an absolute miracle to make the eight, but i honestly think if we get there that we could play through a good chunk of september

Sop giving the fans false hope the last 2 weeks have been [This word has been automatically removed]ing crap and we havent got a hope in hell.

Doubt we will make it but technically there is a chance. A win by 12 this week and Panthers pumping the warriors by 24 and the last round becomes interesting at least.

We were dead in the water after the Bulldogs loss.

Yep that's when I admitted defeat.
Exceeded my expectation for the year but will look at the games vs Broncos , Knights and Parra with regret at not closing them out.

We need a salary cap drama fast 😛ray:

Some people will never be pleased or supportive when the going gets tough, even though its been tough for years. It will turn.

Yep, most on the forum would have been pretty happy with 9th at the start of the season. Now its doom and gloom we aren't in the eight.

Most would be happy to finish 9th each and every year. Thank God we have those regular bottom 4 finishes to break up the monotony.
